Consultant to project manage luxury resort complex on China Beach

Consultant Hill International has won a 30-month contract to manage the construction of a £36m ($71m) luxury resort complex in Vietnam for client Kingdom Hotel Investments.

Located on a 38-acre beachfront site on China Beach in the coastal town of Da Nang, the Raffles Da Nang Resort and Residences will have 150 hotel rooms and 20 residential villas.

Raouf S. Ghali, Hill's project management president, said: "Vietnam has tremendous commercial and tourism potential.”

This will be Hill’s first contract in Vietnam. Construction is expected to be completed by January 2010.
