Sze Loon Chan will manage construction claims while Thomas Woodworth focuses on information management and Anthony Vesay joins PM group
Consultant Hill International has promoted Sze Loon (Steve) Chan to vice president. He will manage all construction claims operations at the firm’s Malaysian office in Kuala Lumpur.
Chan has more than 20 years of experience consulting on major building and construction disputes including advocacy in litigation acting for construction companies and publicly-listed developers.
Prior to joining Hill, he was a senior partner with the Kam Woon Wah & Co. law firm in Kuala Lumpur.
Hill has also announced the appointment of Thomas Woodworth as vice president of information management solutions (IMS). He will manage the day-to-day operations of the IMS group based in Bellevue, Washington.
Woodworth will also lead various project teams assigned to plan, design, and implement electronic data management systems on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Before joining Hill, Woodworth held various positions at Parsons Information Systems.
Lastly, Anthony Vesay joins the firm as a vice president at the project management group. He has 25 years of military experience managing a variety of construction projects and programs in the US, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Germany.
Vesay will be based in Hill’s Philadelphia office.
