Consultant will help manage construction of Zoofenster skyscraper

Global consultant Hill International has won a contract to provide owner’s representative services during the construction of the Zoofenster skyscraper in Berlin for client Swan Operations.

The 120m mixed-use tower will become one of the tallest buildings in the city. It includes a five-star plus, 242-room Waldorf-Astoria hotel as well as commercial and residential units.

Bruce Schlaitzer, Hill’s senior vice president and managing director of European project management operations, said: “We are extremely proud to have been selected to help manage construction of this impressive project.”
