Hill appoints Leeds director for new position

Global consultant Hill International has announced the appointment of Damian Wilkinson as director to be based in the Leeds office.

His primary role will be to work alongside office director Gary Blackburn to develop, manage and deliver the quantum dispute and expert witness services in the Yorkshire region.

Joining Hill from Armstrong Davis Associates, Wilkinson is a chartered QS and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with over 22 years of professional experience, specialising in dispute avoidance and resolution, procurement and expert services covering many sectors of the construction industry.

David Carrick, senior vice president at Hill, said: “This is a key position, newly created as part of the company’s growth moving forward.”
