Richard Rogers, with Samoo Architects & Engineers, has designed this £766m mixed-use scheme in Seoul, South Korea.
The 650,000ft2 project will include offices, shops and a hotel. It also has solar water heating, photovoltaic cells and ground-coupled heat pumps. The complex will be served by a centralised plant. Arup is the structural and services engineer, DLSK is the QS. The developer is Skylan Development.
