Reading Council and Dee Park Partnership have achieved financial close this week on the £44m first phase of the regeneration of Dee Park Estate
For phase one of the £150m,33ha redevelopment, Willmott Dixon and Catalyst Housing Group will deliver 264 one, two and three-bed units, 47% of which will be affordable. A total of 763 homes will be provided over eight years and three phases. Occupations will start in 2011.
