The Homes and Communities Agency has appointed 18 firms to its new £100m consultants framework
The new multidisciplinary panel will be used to procure a wide range of technical services required to support the construction and development of homes by public sector bodies.
The panel covers all areas of England and will run for 4 years.
Services provided include: project and cost management, engineering, architecture, planning, masterplanning, landscape architecture, ecology, construction design and management (CDM) and property consultancy.

HCA panels manager Deborah Vogwell said: “This new panel offers the HCA and other public sector bodies the means to procure technical services quickly and easily through a simple mini competition process.”
The new panel is made available free for use by a very wide range of public sector bodies including local authorities, central government departments, NHS Trusts and many others, to help them increase the speed and efficiency of their procurement processes.
