Homes and Communities Agency appoints executive director of programmes and head of North-east, Yorkshire and the Humber
The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has made two senior appointments.
Fiona MacGregor has been appointed as executive director of programmes, replacing Richard Hill who left the Agency last year.
Naz Parkar has been appointed as executive director for the North-east, Yorkshire and the Humber operating area, following the retirement of David Curtis in January.
MacGregor was previously head of affordable housing at HCA, while Parker was previously head of area for the HCA’s City and North Yorkshire regions.
Both take up their new positions on 1 June.
Andy Rose, chief executive of the HCA, said: “I am very pleased to have been able to appoint the two strongest candidates from what were very strong fields.
“Both Naz and Fiona have a wealth of experience and have demonstrated strong leadership skills, which will continue to be of benefit to the Agency as we focus on crucial delivery in the final year of this spending period, while preparing new programmes and approaches for delivery in the next.
“I am also pleased that both appointments are internal promotions, showing the great strength in depth that we have at the Agency.”
