Paul Neto joined less than 12 months ago from Vinci
The head of construction at developer HB Reavis has left the business.
Paul Neto (pictured) departs less than a year after he joined the Luxembourg-headquartered company from Vinci, where he was director of their London building division.
A spokeswoman for HB Reavis confirmed Neto had exited the business.
She said: “While we recruit for a replacement, the UK business will continue to be led by Radim Rimanek, the board director of HB Reavis Group, as well as the UK senior team comprised of Steven Skinner, transactional director; Kiran Pawar, development director; Andrew Hudson, head of commercial and Johnathan Crawley, head of legal.”
In May, HB Reavis acquired Elizabeth House, an office building next to Waterloo station in south London, its fourth scheme in the capital.
The developer has historically operated chiefly in central and eastern Europe, and entered the London property market in 2013, when it bought a site at 33 King William Street in the City for £63m.
