Countryside Properties and British Land are putting a 5.5ha site in west Berkshire on the market after winning planning permission to build 350 homes.

Communities secretary Hazel Blears granted an appeal against a decision by West Berkshire council to refuse permission for the scheme, which is on a brownfield site at the entrance to the market town of Theale.
