Willmott Dixon has signed an £18.5m deal with Croydon council to remodel and extend the Harris Academy Purley, which opened in September 2009

The contractor will team up with architect Aedas on the project, which will include photovoltaic solar power and natural ventilation, to help it to achieve a BREEAM “excellent” rating.
