Engineering consultancy firm HurleyPalmerFlatt has poached its new group finance director from rival Halcrow.
Mike Prager will manage a continuing expansion programme at HurleyPalmerFlatt. He has been replaced at Halcrow by Alan Saffer, the former finance director of international recruitment company Glotel.
HurleyPalmerFlatt has also appointed specialist energy engineer James Rooke, previously with WSP, an associate director in its energy and sustainability division.
Paul Flatt, group managing director at HurleyPalmerFlatt, said: “Our turnover has grown by 27% since 2005/06 and we are on track to grow by at least the same percentage over our next financial year. Mike Prager will be instrumental in managing the future of the business.”
