Falconer Chester Hall has designed the 656-unit scheme for developer Vinco
Liverpool City council has approved plans by developer Vinco Group for a 656-unit residential scheme on the edge of the city centre.
Located on Leeds Street, Freemasons will consist of four separate residential towers rising up to 16 storeys, providing a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and studios, plus three-storey, two-bed townhouses.
Vinco Group said it hopes to start on site later this year. on the scheme which features a ninth floor communal garden and ground floor commercial space, a gym and business centre. The scheme will also have 92 car parking spaces and 248 spaces for bikes.
Chris Boles, senior project manager for Vinco, said: “Our team has worked hard to ensure that the scheme delivers an impressive new development which provides a significant number of high-quality residential apartments in an up-and-coming area of the city.
