Stanton Williams-designed scheme will replace Derwent’s own offices
Derwent London has won planning permission to redevelop 25 Savile Row in west London into an apartment block.
The Stanton Williams-designed scheme will incorporate 29 apartments and 5,600ft2 of retail and gallery space on the ground floor.
In addition to Derwent’s current headquarters, the lower floors of the existing building are currently let to a number of tenants.
John Burns, chief executive officer of Derwent London, said: “Following the resolution to grant planning consent to redevelop 25 Savile Row as high grade residential apartments, we are finalising our plans which include obtaining vacant possession and relocating our own offices”.
