Green light for £100m Bournemouth scheme

Mixed-use deal being developed by local council and Morgan Sindall

A £100m mixed-use scheme in Bournemouth has been given the go-ahead.

The Winter Gardens scheme, designed by Brightspace Architects, is set to regenerate almost 2ha in the centre of the town.

The scheme, which is being developed by Bournemouth Development Company, a public-private partnership between Bournemouth council and Morgan Sindall Investments, is set to deliver 352 new homes across four apartment blocks.
