The shell and core of Charles Saatchi's 6,500m2 contemporary art gallery in Chelsea, west London is reaching completion.




The project is the culmination of a £134m redevelopment of the Duke of York’s Headquarters, the former barracks, by the Cadogan Estate.

Paul Davis + Partners is the architect on the scheme, Sir Robert McAlpine the contractor, Adams Kara Taylor the structural engineer and Allford Hall Monaghan Morris the fit-out architect.
