City of London approves 1m sq ft complex in Farringdon
Goldman Sachs has won planning approval for a KPF-designed one million sq ft office complex in Farringdon, London.
It is thought the investment bank is planning to move into the development near Holborn Viaduct once complete, although it could also rent it or sell it on.
Goldman Sachs will demolish the existing 1960s Fleet Building on the corner of Farringdon Street and Shoe Lane.
The project team also includes cost consultant EC Harris and structural engineer WSP
