Tintagel House being updated for office space
Stanton Williams has been given planning to redevelop a former home of the Metropolitan Police on London’s Albert Embankment.
The billionaire Reuben Brothers sold the 1960s office block to workspace provider The Office Group two years ago for £20m.
The 12-storey block near Vauxhall Bridge will be revamped to provide more than 10,000sq m of space with a top floor plant room being turned into office space. The site is also being given a makeover at street level with new trees and planted areas.
Work is due to finish at the end of this year.
