Consultant will provide project management, buliding surveying and CDM on refit programme
Gleeds has won a deal to work on the second phase of a £20m store refit programme for communication conglomerate O2 Telefonica.
The consultant will provide services including cost and project management, building surveying and CDM on the scheme, which aims to rebrand 100 mobile phone shops in the UK. The firm has already worked on the first phase of thirty stores.
Gleeds managing partner Stuart Senior said: “These new stores represent a huge step forward in the retail offering for their customers. We aim to get all 100 stores completed by the end of the year.”
The new outlets range from kiosks to larger stores and will include “guru phone bars”, where staff will offer advice on communications problems.
