Turner & Townsend, Davis Langdon and Gardiner & Theobald runners up in Building’s top 40

Consultant Gleeds has topped the league table of quantity surveyors in year ending 31 December 2011, winning 208 projects followed by Turner & Townsend with 178 projects, according to the latest Barbour ABI statistics.

The total project value of all Gleeds’ schemes is worth £3069 and T&T’s projects are valued at £1313.

Third on the list was Davis Langdon with 168 contracts valued at £2016 in the same period. The firm was followed by Gardiner & Theobald and Faithful+Gould with 136 and 109 contracts each.
