Cost management role on Marassi scheme extended
Gleeds’ cost management role on a mammoth £2.4bn Egyptian resort has been extended.
The consultant – which is working on the 1,544-acre Marassi scheme at Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay – will now provide pre-contract services until May 2013 and post-contract services until June 2014.
The resort includes a range of hospitality and residential buildings, a marina, a conference and exhibition centre and a golf course with golf academy.
