The consultant has made ten new appointments after picking up a raft of new work
Gleeds is expanding its French operation with the appointment of ten new staff after several recent project wins.
These new projects include work for the Peninsula Hôtel Paris, Toulouse Miralis University and McArthurGlen outlet centres.
The raft of new appointments includes Hayley Azar, who joins as project manager tasked with developing the office’s renewable energy offering, while the technical due diligence team will now be headed up by Anda-Maria Craciun, who joins Gleeds France from Currie & Brown.
Meanwhile, Carole Khalil has been promoted to bid and brand ambassador with responsibility for marketing and bid management.
Nick Ord, director of Gleeds in France, said: “I am delighted that we find ourselves in a position whereby our workload has necessitated expansion by such proportions.”
Chairman of Gleeds Worldwide, Richard Steer added: “Over the years I have watched as our French operation has gone from strength to strength and I am pleased to be welcoming so many new faces to the team.
“Gleeds’ association with such high profile and prestigious projects like the world famous Ritz and Peninsula Hotels in Paris continues to consolidate our position in the top tier of property and construction consultancies. This is enabling us to attract the best talent and these appointments signal our commitment to building on all of our success to date and working towards a bigger and better future.”
