Foster + Partners’ designs for the first five-star hotel near Heathrow have been approved by the mayor of London

Developed by Riva Properties, the 13-storey structure will hold 560 rooms and cover 60,000m2. The developers aim to use ground-source heat pumps for space heating and cooling.
