Work due to finish in September 2021
Gilbert-Ash has won a £26m contract to build a new Learning and Teaching Centre at Brunel University’s Uxbridge campus in west London.
The seven-storey scheme, which will replace a 1960s building, has been developed by the university’s design team, which includes architect Penoyre & Prasad, bought last November by Perkins & Will, and engineer BDP.
The building will include open plan spaces and group study rooms at each level of the building.
Work on the scheme is due to finish next September in time for the start of the 2021/22 academic year.
