Leading industry names will share examples of and tips on sustainable best practice at next week’s Think conference.
Speakers at the free event on 7 and 8 May will include Hilary Benn, the environment secretary, and Sir Howard Bernstein, chief executive of Manchester council.
Arup, Atkins, Balfour Beatty, Gardiner & Theobald and Capita Symonds will give presentations, including case studies of the New York Times building and a healthcare centre in Birmingham.
Arup will also unveil its new sustainable design service at the exhibition and its directors Chris Twinn, Alistair Guthrie and Mike Beaven will speak.
There will also be sessions on renewables, nuclear energy and EPCs.
