Contractor wins place on £100m framework for Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association

GB Building Solutions has been appointed to Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association Extracare Framework (BPHA) worth £100m over four years.

The contractor will provide extracare, residential care and dementia care facilities across eastern England, north and east Midlands for the association and for the Orders of St John with which BPHA has a strong working partnership. The Orders of St John, is the second largest not-for-profit care provider in the UK.

Martin Smout, chairman and chief executive of GB Building Solutions, said the framework was “significant.”
