The firm will deliver 740 new or refurbished rooms in four new blocks and a refurbished Grade II-listed Victorian building, near the College’s Denmark Hill Campus.
Construction work will commence in April 2013 and is expected to complete in summer 2014. The complex is expected to open in September 2014.
Student computing and printing services, high-speed wireless connectivity and café and bar facilities will be introduced.
Students were involved in the design of the facilities, expressing their requirements and preferences.
