Contractor named on regeneration projects in Enfield, Plaistow, Hornsey and Plumstead
Contractor Galliford Try has won four regeneration projects worth £84.5m in London.
The group has been named preferred bidder on two housing developments for Circle Anglia Housing Association - a £34.5m scheme at Innova Park, Enfield, north London, and an £11m scheme in Plaistow, east London.
In Hornsey, north London, the firm has secured a £23m project to build 136 apartments for One Housing Group.
The fourth contract is a £16m scheme to build Elmgrove House, a development comprising 119 apartments for affordable rent and shared ownership in Plumstead, Greenwich, for ASRA Greater London Housing Association.
