Contractor to build a school in Dulwich and a hotel in Waterloo
Galliford Try has won two contracts worth a total of £36m to build a school and a hotel in London.
The first win is for the construction of the £20m Harris Boys Academy in Dulwich. Completion is expected in July 2010.
The second contract, for £15.8m, is to develop a hotel in Waterloo for the Spanish hotel chain H10. Work for this is expected to be completed in December this year.
