Construction is expected to start on site early next year
Galliford Try’s regeneration arm has submitted plans for a £14.2m residential scheme in Manchester.
Located close to the city centre on Princess Road, the 105-apartment scheme has been designed by architect IDP and features a roof terrace on the fourth floor.
The stepped six-storey, red brick development is due to start on site early next year with completion scheduled for summer 2019.
Darren Leary, development director at Galliford Try Partnerships, said: “This distinctive scheme will transform this part of the city, provide a high-quality housing offer to the local community and deliver a contemporary and exciting new piece of architecture responding to the local character of the neighbourhood.”
