The two projects in north-west England are the regeneration of a park in Warrington and a mosque and residential units in Ashton-under-Lyme
Galliford Try has won two contracts worth a total of £21m in the north-west of England.
The first project is a £16.5m deal for the regeneration of Orford Park in Warrington for Warrington council. The work will involve building a sports hall, dance studios, a library, swimming pool and GP surgeries on a former landfill site.
The second deal is a £4.7m mosque and two residential units in Ashton-under-Lyme.
Greg Fitzgerald, Galliford Try’s chief executive, said: “We are delighted to secure these two projects in north-west England that reflect the strength of our market position as one of the region’s leading building contractors.”
