Galliford Try picked for 500-home regeneration scheme

Galliford Try plc has been appointed preferred development partner by Westco Properties, part of Devon and Cornwall Housing Association, on a 500-home regeneration scheme in Devonport, Plymouth.

The scheme, to be carried out in joint venture with Westco, will involve the demolition and redevelopment of local authority estates to provide mixed tenure homes. Work is expected to begin in 2007 and to complete in 2013.
