Contractor Galliford Try has been awarded a £38m extra care housing contract by Kent council.
The firm will build seven schemes totalling around 240 homes across Kent. The schemes will also include communal facilities.
The firm will also provide facilities management services to the schemes over the next 25 years, worth an additional £36m.
Chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said he was “delighted” Galliford Try had been selected.
He added: “We continue to demonstrate our expertise in providing high quality facilities for vulnerable people. The multi-faceted nature of this contract provides further evidence that our diverse business allows us to offer clients integrated solutions to solve their problems.”
