Galliford Try wins job to build a £60m speculative housing scheme for developer Grainger
Galliford Try has won the job to build a £60m speculative housing scheme for developer Grainger in Clapham, London.
The contractor will start on site this week after Grainger confirmed it had received funding for the MMM Architects-designed Macaulay Walk scheme, which includes 97 homes and 30,000ft2 of office space, from HSBC bank.
The scheme will be completed by 2014 and 32 of the homes will go to Network Housing Group.
