Brookfield, the firm formerly known as Multiplex, has issued a writ in the High Court to force Foster + Partners and HOK Sport staff to divulge information they hold on the Wembley stadium project

The move is thought to be part of Brookfield’s £253m claim against Mott MacDonald over the same scheme. Wembley was eventually completed in March 2007, over a year later than planned. See page 11 for the full story...
