Housing maintenance work covers stock in the London area
Catalyst Housing Association has split housing maintenance work worth £62m between five firms.
The programme covers its housing stock in the London area and involves general repairs, electrical work and maintenance.
East West Electric has landed work valued at £15.3m covering CCTV and door entry systems. Stapletech will maintain heating installations in a deal worth £12.5m.
Morrisons Facilities Services will carry out responsive repairs as part of a contract worth £11.1m.
Chas Berger & Sons and DW Contractors have been selected to carry out external repairs worth £11.8m and £10.9m respectively.
There are four specialist contracts, each spanning five years, with an option to extend to ten years.
