Scheme at Finsbury Square will take 10 months
The Square Mile enclave of Finsbury Square is set to see more builders move in with a London university looking for a fit-out firm to revamp one of its buildings.
The square near Moorgate will see a former NCP car park turned into an underground logistics hub by British Land while Mace is on site working on a £60m revamp of City Gate House for Brookfield.
Now City, University of London is after a firm to carry out a £10m fit-out of 33 Finsbury Square which is largely used by its Bayes Business School, which was known as the Cass Business School until last year.
The deal is expected to take 10 months to complete with up to five firms shortlisted for the job.
Firms have until noon on 22 February to register their interest.
