The first pictures of Make's London development, which has been submitted for planning, has been released

These are the first images of Make architect’s latest scheme in central London.

The development, for Ridgeford Properties, consists of 15 luxury flats and three penthouses. The rear of the site, which has just been submitted for planning permission, looks out over the RIBA’s head office on Portland Place and will feature glass bay “pods”.

Start on site is planned for October 2007 and is expected to complete by March 2009.
