Pan-government deal could run for seven years

The Crown Commercial Service has put firms on notice for a huge £10bn offsite construction framework which will be available across the government.

The pan-government Offsite Construction Solutions framework will replace an existing £500m modular framework established four years ago, which included five major suppliers – Caledonian, Elliott, McAvoy and Wernick – as well as a host of smaller suppliers.
