Gent by Honeywell has extended its range of fire detection system interface units, making its Vigilon system suitable for many types of buildings

The new Mains Powered Interface (MPI) and Mains Switching units are all EN54 compliant interfaces, which the company says offer flexible connectivity and control options. The interface units provide heavy-duty relay switching for both 24V and 230V applications with contacts rated at 13A, and conform to all of the connection
requirements demanded by today’s fire detection and alarm industry.
