AH Willis, GMI and North Midland to find outcome of appeals

Judgments will be handed down next Tuesday to the remaining three construction companies that have appealed fines imposed by the OFT for bid rigging.

The Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has announced that it will reveal the outcome of appeals made by AH Willis and Sons, GMI Construction and North Midland Construction at 9am on that date.

All three companies are contesting liability as well as the fines themselves.

In the 22 judgments revealed to date the CAT has reduced OFT fines substantially, in some cases by up to 94%.
