Building Sustainability launches survey to gauge the new version of the green building assessment tool. Fill it in for a chance to win a £40 green gift voucher

Building Sustainability is to gauge industry reaction and experience to the new version of green assesssment tool BREEAM, which underwent a facelift last year.

We've launched a BREEAM survey to collate opinion on the changes implemented to the scheme by the Building Research Establishment last year. It will also seek views on how much more closely the standard should align with other global green building codes such as LEED. This will be under discussion at the Sustainability Now virtual event, which will take place on 13 and 14 May.

We're offering readers who fill in the survey the chance to win one of two £40 gift vouchers with Nigel's Eco Store as a prize.

Terms and conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of UBM Ltd, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete this survey by May 29th 2009. You do not need to purchase anything to enter.

2. Survey completion is based on the following information being provided – answers to all survey questions including name, postal address, phone number and email address. All entries must be completed by May 29th 2009 to be valid in the prize draw.

3. Only one entry per household. Third party entries will not be accepted.

4. The draw will be made on June 1st 2009.

5. There is a prize of one £40 gift voucher to Nigel’s Eco Store for two individual winners.

6. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the actual draw date.

7. No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
