Consultant picks up sixth contract for developer Hub Group
Faithful+Gould has been appointed as quantity surveyor and employer’s agent on a £120m residential scheme in Croydon for developer Hub Group.
Taberner House in the south London borough will be composed of 500 units, including affordable housing for market sale, shared ownership and for private rent.
It is the sixth contract the consultant has won with London-focused residential specialist Hub Group.
F+G’s Mark Stevens, national head of commercial property said: “The private rental sector is fast becoming the most popular form of development in the UK’s major hubs, especially London.
“Faithful+Gould has been one of the earliest delivery partners of this type of solution and even though this format has not been around for any great length of time we have already worked on £400m worth of projects for HUB alone.”
