Dwellings for students and college fellows will be built to Passivhaus standards

Cambridge city council has given the go-ahead for more than 80 new homes for students and fellows and families of King’s College Cambridge.

The 84 homes have been designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS) to be built primarily using carbon-friendly cross-laminated timber.
