Three five-year QS contracts will cover South Wales and the West, the Midlands and Northern Ireland.
Consultant Faithful+Gould has won three five-year quantity surveying framework contracts with telecoms giant BT in South Wales and the West, the Midlands and Northern Ireland.
The contracts cover capital works and lifecycle replacement works and incorporate an option to include planning supervision and lead consultant duties.
BT's UK property is outsourced to specialist property consultant Telereal which manages the group's estate of 6,700 properties totalling 5.5m m2.
Niall Sloan, national account director for BT at Faithful+Gould, said: "We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with BT for the past 18 years and are delighted to have once again retained these three important regional contracts.
"We will be providing support for the full range of operational and non-operational buildings in BT's property portfolio in these three regions for the next 5 years."
