Faithful + Gould expands Welsh team

Project and cost management consultant Faithful + Gould has further extended its Cardiff team with the appointment of Jon Bird as senior building surveyor.

Mark Bugler, regional director, said: “This appointment reflects the growth of the company in the region.”

Managing a team of eight building surveyors, Bird will oversee the development of client relationships in the region and take responsibility for the cost and timely delivery of projects for small businesses and multinational corporations alike.

Bird will be managing projects for organisations including the MoD and Royal Bank of Scotland. He will also mentor team members in their continual professional development.

Prior to joining Faithful + Gould, Bird was an associate partner at King Sturge within the building consultancy department. Other former employers include London based The Portman Estate and Workspace Group.
