Consultant Faithful + Gould has launched a London property team as part of its expansion in the South-east.
It will be led by Michael Cracknell, who was formerly regional director of the firm’s Cambridge and Colchester branch. He will be based in the firm’s Euston Tower office.
The move follows Faithful + Gould’s growing workload in the building market in the South-east. Cracknell said: “We have a number of teams in the region but we set this one up to help with our client relations.”
The team consists of five people, but the firm plans to expand this to 30. Its members worked on Hopkins Architects’ winning bid for the Olympic velopark.
