Consultant opens strategic new office in heart of Belfast to support expansion
Project and cost consultant Faithful+Gould has opened a brand new office in Belfast's city centre. This marks the start of a strategic expansion plan in Northern Ireland.
Regional director John Findlay said: "Over the last eight years, our involvement in some very high profile projects such as Sprucefield Retail Park, Victoria Square and the Belfast Sewers Project has enabled us to attract a high calibre of both new clients and project and cost management professionals."
“With the move to larger premises and a number of new projects in the pipeline, we now have the capacity to expand our team and raise the profile of our Northern Irish business further.”
The QS first arrived in Northern Ireland in 1999 with just one staff member and a single client. In the eight years the company's Belfast office has expanded to over 25 staff working with a variety of companies including BT, New Look, Ulster Bank, Royal Mail, NI Water, Multi Development and McAlister Holdings.
F+G is currently consulting on the Belfast Sewers Project, Victoria Square Regeneration and the Aurora Tower.
Findlay said: “There are exciting times ahead for us, with major milestones approaching at Victoria Square including the 'topping out' of the glass dome and even one or two iconic developments in the pipeline - we are awaiting news of the planning approval for 'Aurora' which, if approved, would become Belfast's tallest building.”
