Sean Lynch joins senior management team whilst Michael Martin leaves as director of commercial services

Sean Lynch, a framework director at Faithful + Gould, has been appointed to the consultant’s UK operations board. The appointment follows his key work on the firm’s national water forum working with leading water companies and the Environment Agency.

Lynch has joined the senior management team whilst Michael Martin leaves the company as director of commercial services.

Simon Raine will assume immediate responsibility for commercial services. He is based in Birmingham where he’s currently working on such high profile projects as The Cube and the redevelopment of the NatWest tower.

Alistair Kenyon, regional director, has also been given responsibility to head up the firm’s commercial property division.
