Saint-Gobain Weber’s weber.therm External Wall Insulation was specified for the construction of the Hale Village regeneration project in north London.

The project will include almost 1,200 student accommodation rooms, 542 affordable accommodation units, 486 private residential units, a 132-bedroom hotel, and nearly 50,000ft2 of commercial space.

The scheme is being developed by Unite Group. The insulation was chosen as it would meet the required standards of thermal performance as well as matching the colour palette of the finished building.
